Scope of Works:

Refurbishment of a dining facility originally constructed in 2008 and had minimal maintenance or repair works completed. The full scope of works included:

• Demolition of existing internals in dining and crib areas plus adjoining ablutions.
• Upgrade/renew of food servers and dining area.
• Renewal all dining area furniture, lighting and fit-out.
• Renew and upgrade existing bag drop area.
• Supply, installation and testing of all new mechaincal, electrical and hydraulic equipment.
• Undertake all works associated with the installation of temporary servery, including electrical and water feeds, and moving of equipment.
• Installation of all supplied crib and dining room equipment and appliances including assemble, set-up and install to manufacturer's instructions.

Key Project Achievements:

• Original scope plus additional unplanned scopes were all completed within tight schedule and to a high quality.
• Apprenticeship engagement.
