Prior to Yurra, Dallas served over 10 years at Rio Tinto Iron Ore in leadership and strategic partnership roles. Since joining Yurra in 2024, Dallas has been instrumental in enhancing service delivery, streamlining operations, and fostering team development. Dallas holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Human Resources & Psychology), a master’s in business administration and management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Business Management. Dallas is passionate about embedding the Yindjibarndi 3C model—Culture, Community, and Commercial Development—while championing safety, quality, innovation, and sustainable regional development through operational excellence.
Timothy Clune is an accomplished leader with 20 years working in building construction and management roles in the Pilbara and Midwest regions.
Timothy Clune has been with GBSC / GBSC Yurra since 2012 and currently serves as General Manager of Yurra Building. With 20 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, Tim brings deep expertise in all aspects of project and contract management, HSEQ standards, and construction operations. A registered builder with qualifications in carpentry, business, and leadership, Tim has overseen the delivery of major residential, commercial, and heritage projects across the Pilbara and Midwest. His commitment to community engagement and passion for developing young, local people has helped foster Yurra’s local training, apprenticeship, and employment pathways.

Taryn Milroy, a proud Yindjibarndi man and respected Pilbara community member, joined Yurra in 2021 and plays a vital role in embedding cultural integrity across the business. As Community & Culture Manager, Taryn leads Yurra’s engagement with community, guiding cultural capability and ensuring projects are delivered with deep respect for Country. With a Bachelor of Design specialising in Landscape Architecture and Indigenous Knowledge, History and Heritage, Taryn brings experience across mining exploration and landscape design. His leadership supports Yurra’s commitment to meaningful engagement and long-term community outcomes. With lived experience and a strong sense of purpose, Taryn’s leadership helps shape Yurra as a business inspired by community and cultural responsibility.
Josh Boord is an accomplished leader with over 30 years working in senior roles within the engineering, Royal Australian Navy, mining and heavy industries across Western Australia, Queensland and Tasmania.
Josh brings over a decade of local Pilbara experience and knowledge to his role as Business Development Manager at Yurra. Since joining the group in 2014, Josh has been a key part of Yurra’s operational leadership team and led the development of what was formerly known as DB Yurra. His hands-on leadership across the Industrial Services, Civil, and Rail divisions has helped build Yurra’s strong reputation for quality, reliability, and community-driven outcomes. Now leading strategic growth, Josh focuses on identifying opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Yurra’s presence while championing local capability and Indigenous participation.
Beginning his career in Aboriginal communities in Regional Western Australia, Aden Parker’s path from Boots to Boardroom progressed quickly and included roles like Geologist Assistant, Plant Operator, Medic, Safety Advisor, Trainer, Auditor to Safety Manager working on high-value, high-rise construction and infrastructure projects.
Aden Parker joined Yurra in 2016 and now serves as Systems & Innovation Manager for Yurra and Innovation Director at Beyond. With a career spanning municipal works, manufacturing, mining, construction, and professional services, Aden brings deep operational and strategic expertise. Starting in Aboriginal communities across regional WA, his journey from Geologist Assistant to Safety Manager laid the foundation for a consulting business focused on digital systems and governance, developing over 200 custom applications. Aden's decade-long work in the Pilbara led to the founding of Beyond, driving innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation across Yurra and the wider region. Aden holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), and tertiary qualifications across Occupational Health & Safety, auditing, and Training & Assessment.
Ben Carless has a long history of working with First Nations organisations, and has been part of many large-scale construction, infrastructure, and public realm projects.
Ben Carless is a seasoned ICT leader with strategic and technical capabilities shaped by years of on-the-ground experience. His diverse portfolio includes implementing and managing ICT systems for small to medium enterprises, internal software system design and integration, custom web application development, digital design and modelling, and creating custom data visualisation dashboards.
Scott Mitchell is an accomplished HSEQ professional with over 30 years’ of operational, safety and emergency response experience, dedicated to embedding a holistic safety maturity philosophy within the business.
Scott Mitchell joined Yurra in 2022 and brings a diverse, hands-on background to his role as HSEQ Manager. His career spans HSEQ auditing, over 10 years in emergency management and operations on offshore oil rigs, operational rigging and crane roles, and work on major motion pictures. Scott leads Yurra’s HSEQ Department with a holistic safety maturity philosophy that unifies health, culture, quality, and safety. His leadership drives continuous improvement, ensuring Yurra’s operations are not only compliant but also grounded in care for people and the environment—fostering a strong, safety-first culture across all projects and teams. Scott holds tertiary qualifications across Occupational Health & Safety, Quality, and lead auditing.
