Summary:

We are seeking several reliable and hardworking Yard Hands to join our team (Karratha based). An full-time opportunity has opened for applicants with labouring experience who are interested in working the Oil& Gas industry. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The Roster is Monday-Friday, 7-4PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Excellent attention to detail, quality, and finish
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Ability to work well in both a team and independently
• Always see tasks through to completion

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated Yard Hand experience working in Oil & Gas industry before
• Industry Safety Induction are advantageous, however not compulsory
• Current and active Australian C-Class driver's license
• Australian-recognized Forklift License desirable
• Construction Induction White Card or ability to obtain
• High regard for safety and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in a yard setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Enthusiastic, Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible attitude
