Summary:

We are seeking several reliable and hardworking full-time Mobile Plant Operators to join our team (Residential Karratha or FIFO ex Perth).

Responsibilities:

• Work 8 days on, 6-days off – 12-hour days on the Rio Tinto Pilbara rail network

• Execute tasks using various mobile plant

• Excellent attention to detail, quality, and finish

• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Ability to work well in both a team and independently

• Always see tasks through to completion

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated Mobile Plant Operator experience working in Civil & rail industry before

• Must have Current HR-class or HC-class Australian driver's license

• Must have Nationally recognized plant operator competencies (Either Excavator up to 30t, Skid Steer or Wheel Loader)

• Construction Induction White Card

• RTIO Inducted and M1 Rail supervised worker card (Rio Tinto) Preferred

• Ability to pass a Category-3 Rail Medical

• High regard for safety and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible attitude
