The Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and motivated Labourers to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining high safety standards, and can confidently operate forklifts in a fast-paced site environment. The roster is Monday to Friday, with Saturday work required when needed, operating between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Please note: This is NOT a FIFO role. Only Karratha-based/local candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts ranging from 5T to 32T safely and efficiently

Handle materials, loading and unloading as required

Perform manual labour and general site duties

Maintain site cleanliness and housekeeping standards

Follow all safety procedures and site requirements

Complete tasks as directed by supervisors

What We’re Looking For

Forklift licence and proven operating experience – essential

Experience operating 5T–32T forklifts – essential

Previous labouring or construction experience preferred

Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks

Strong work ethic and reliability

High commitment to workplace health and safety

Ability to work well in a team environment and show respect for cultural values
