The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Vinyl Layers to join our expanding team. These are full-time, project-based FIFO roles from Perth, operating on a 14:7 roster.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out floor preparation to required standards

• Installing vinyl planking and vinyl skirting

• Laying vinyl sheet flooring, including plastic welding

• Performing waterproofing as required

• Using hand tools for precise cutting, measuring, and fitting

• Ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards

Must haves:

• Proven experience in vinyl flooring installation

• Experience in floor preparation and waterproofing

• Proficiency in vinyl planking, vinyl skirting, vinyl sheet, and plastic welding

• Own set of hand tools

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• C Class Unrestricted Driver’s Licence

• RTIO Site Compliance (mandatory)

• Ability to undertake respiratory fit testing (mandatory)

• High attention to detail and strong safety mindset
