The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Contract Administrator to join our growing team for 12 months.

This role is offered on a full-time basis and is based in Karratha. The roster is Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements in line with Yurra policies and client requirements.
• Manage variations, extensions of time (EOTs), claims, and progress payments
• Ensure all contractual documentation is compliant with legislative, client, and internal governance requirements.
• Commercial & Financial Management
• Assist in the preparation and review of project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditure against contract allowances and raise early warnings for cost overruns.
• Support accurate invoicing, payment claims, and subcontractor payments

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in contract administration within the resources, construction, or facilities maintenance sectors.
• Sound knowledge of Australian contract law, construction contracts, and relevant legislation.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret budgets, cost reports, and progress claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to FMG contractual frameworks or Tier 1 mining company contracts (Desirable)
• Experience working in the Pilbara or remote locations (Desirable)
