The Opportunity
The Asset and Fleet Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and logistical support across fleet, assets, uniforms, PPE, and associated systems. The role ensures assets are compliant, available, well-maintained, and issued efficiently to support operational teams, while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements:
• Previous experience in maintenance/Fleet coordination.
• Strong administrative, planning, and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of service scheduling, procurement, and asset management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliance and safety.
• Proficiency with MS Office and asset management software (e.g., Procore, MYOB, or similar).
• Compliance Knowledge.
